A site-specific artwork that invites the viewer to look behind the curtain of architecture. The original visual material, derived from real video footage, directly correlates with the appropriated light fixtures by Jozef Chrobák - inseparable elements of the decaying cultural center that have not shone for decades, ever since the decline of these spaces.
Insects are ancient witnesses to our demise. Where culture disintegrates and walls fall silent, cockroaches and spiders emerge to the surface. The lamps reveal the darkness, yet at the same time they expose that beneath the surface, another kind of life endures - one more lasting than human existence. Here, light is not a symbol of salvation but a tool of unmasking. The projection is a confession of a place that breathes decay and transformation - of a life that persists even as cultural spaces and traces of civilization sink into silence.

Site-specific dielo ktoré nabáda diváka nahliadnuť za oponu architektúry. Originálny vizuál vychádzajúci z reálnych videí priamo koreluje s apropriovanými svietidlami od Jozefa Chrobáka, ktoré sú neodmysliteľnou súčasťou chátrajúceho kultúrneho domu a ktoré desaťročia, od úpadku týchto priestorov nezažiarili.
Hmyz je pradávny svedok nášho zániku. Tam, kde sa kultúra rozpadá a steny mlčia, šváby a pavúky vystupujú na povrch. Lampy odkrývajú tmu, no zároveň ukazujú, že pod povrchom prežíva iný život – trvácnejší než ľudský. Svetlo tu nie je symbolom spásy, ale nástrojom demaskovania. Projekcia je spoveďou miesta, ktoré dýcha rozkladom a premenou. Života, ktorý pokračuje, aj keď kultúrne priestory a civilizačné stopy upadajú do ticha.
