The Festival of Lights and Music in a small Czech Valachian town, Valašské Meziříčí, aligns itself with global metropolises like Prague, Berlin, Paris, and New York through urban celebration styles featuring video mapping, light installations, and projections. The festival has received several awards and hosts artists from both the Czech Republic and abroad.
My participation in this event took the form of a multimedia installation titled "Harvest," focusing on the theme of deforestation. The installation was thematically situated in the city park by the Bečva River. A prominent feature of the installation was a large-scale projection along with projected numerical values that correlate with the aforementioned digital image.

SVETLO VALMEZ

Festival svetiela a hudby v malom českom valašskom meste. Valašské Meziříčí sa tak štýlom mestských slávností v podobe videomappingov, svetelných inštalácií a projekcií, radí po bok svetových metropol ako Praha, Berlín, Paríž či New York. Festival získal niekoľko ocenení a hostí umelcov z Českej Republiky ale aj zo zahraničia.
Moja participácia na tomto podujatí bola v podobe multimediálnej inštalácií Žatva, ktorá je zameraná na tému odlesňovania. Tematicky v rámci festivalu bola inštalácia situovaná v mestskom parku pri rieke Bečva. Dominanta inštalácie bola v podobe rozmernej projekcie a taktiež projektovanej číselnej hodnoty ktorá koreluje so spomínaným digitálnym obrazom.
