The 5th edition of the NOCTURNO Festival — contemporary art and light installations primarily set in the open space of the Zechenter Garden.
The event brings together site-specific performances, interactive light installations, and live artistic acts in the magical atmosphere of Kremnica’s night. Visitors were able to experience art in a different context – under the stars, among the trees, in a space that inspires and comes alive with every step. For the first time, in cooperation with the town, the Zechenter House next to the Zechenter Garden was opened and made accessible as an exhibition space.
The main theme of the fifth edition of the Nocturno Festival is FRAGILITY. What is fragile does not have to be weak. Fragility as both a state and a process – a fleeting moment, a tension between strength and vulnerability, between stability and the possibility of rupture. It can be physical, psychological, social, or ecological; present in bodies, materials, relationships, and systems. It is a quality we often perceive only in the moment of its disruption. The Nocturno Festival explores fragility as both a challenge and a value, one that calls for a new way of seeing and perceiving. Art thus becomes a space where fragility can not only be made visible but also transformed into a gesture of sensitivity, empathy, and attentiveness.
My participation, in the form of the multimedia installation Harvest, strongly resonated with this theme.

5. ročník festivalu NOCTURNO, súčasné umenie a svetelné inštalácie primárne v otvorenom priestore Zechenterovej záhrady.
Podujatie spája site-specific performance, interaktívne svetelné inštalácie a živé umelecké vystúpenia v magickej atmosfére nočnej Kremnice. Návštevníci mohli vnímať umenie v inom kontexte – pod hviezdami, medzi stromami, v priestore, ktorý inšpiruje a ožíva pri každom kroku. Po prvýkrát sa v spolupráci s mestom podaril ako výstavný priestor otvoriť a sprístupniť Zechenterov dom pri Zechenterovej záhrade.
Hlavnou témou piateho ročníka Festivalu Nocturno je KREHKOSŤ. Čo je krehké, nemusí byť slabé. Krehkosť ako stav aj proces – prchavý moment, napätie medzi silou a zraniteľnosťou, medzi stabilitou a možným zlomom. Môže byť fyzická, psychická, spoločenská či ekologická; prítomná v telách, materiáloch, vzťahoch aj systémoch. Je to kvalita, ktorú často vnímame až vo chvíli jej narušenia. Festival Nocturno ju skúma ako výzvu aj hodnotu, ktorá si žiada nový spôsob videnia a vnímania. Umenie sa tak stáva priestorom, kde sa krehkosť môže nielen zviditeľniť, ale aj pretvoriť na gesto citlivosti, empatie a pozornosti. Moja participácia v podobe multimediálnej inštalácie Žatva výrazne korelovala s danou témou.
